Our approach

An approach grounded in research and field experience

Our support of women's leadership is not based on intuition. It is shaped by years of field experience and rigorous academic research.

A doctoral candidate at IAE Lyon Jean Moulin, Chrys Mabiala dedicates his research to the mental load of women and its professional impact. Research that sheds light on what he has observed for years: women executives carry an invisible burden that weighs on their performance, well-being and career progression.

The glass ceiling is not always a visible barrier. Sometimes, it has been internalized.

Our work begins there: helping women recognize their legitimacy, fully inhabit their leadership, and assert themselves in environments that have not always sent the right signals.
