A graduate of Epitech and the UFR of Sciences and Techniques of Rouen (Information Engineering and Specialized Systems), Chrys Mabiala began his career in 2009 in information technology before dedicating himself to what became his true passion: transforming organizations to perform sustainably.
Certified Black Belt Lean Six Sigma, he has built a conviction reinforced by ten years in the field: operational excellence is not an abstract objective. It is the foundation of solid, reproducible and scalable economic performance.
Having led teams of thousands of employees within organizations generating tens of millions of euros in annual revenue, he has learned to navigate environments where the pressure to deliver results is constant and where the gap between a good strategy and good execution can change everything.
A doctoral candidate at IAE Lyon Jean Moulin, he dedicates his research to the mental load of women and its professional impact. An academic approach that gives scholarly grounding to what he has observed in the field for years: women executives carry an invisible burden that weighs on their performance, well-being and career progression. Understanding it better means supporting them better.
It is this conviction, shaped by both experience and research, that lies at the heart of Mabiala & Partners: a firm that does not settle for advising, but stays until the results are there.
